A Stephenville woman has been arrested for allegedly providing methamphetamine to her 12-year-old daughter and her daughter’s 13-year-old friend.
Cathy Fenwick, 34, has been charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance to a child. She is being held in the Erath County Jail on $30,000 bond.
